BENEFITS TO PARTICIPATING BREWERS:

Education, networking and tastings.
Build and market your brand.
Support the craft beer industry.
10 x 10 Booth Space (booth not included), (1-2) 6ft./8ft. Tables and (2-4) Chairs.
Ice will be provided as a courtesy by Mission Viejo's Brews and Bands Microbrew Festival.
Proceeds will benefit the Mission Viejo Community Foundation, an organization that provide services and funding resources through public/private partnerships for social, cultural, recreational, patriotic, military and educational needs that will enhance the quality of life for the community of Mission Viejo.

PARTICIPATING BREWERS MUST PROVIDE:

1-4 Pour Staff (must have at least 1 brewery staff present at your booth at all times.) Staff must be 21 and over. If you need volunteers, please specify so in the Comments section with further details.
Provide all equipment necessary to dispense your beer properly (jockey box, CO2, etc.) If you have specific needs, CONTACT US.
Submit a Signed Craven Declaration (PDF - PAGE 2) to Mission Viejo's Brews and Bands Microbrew Festival no later than 15 days prior to event.
Proper License per Craven Declaration
Provide a Brewers Hi-Res Logo (vector .eps/.ai file (or Illustrator pdf file) preferred, otherwise 300 dpi transparent background .png)
Provide your own 10 x 10 Branded Booth Set-up. If you do not have one, a 10 x 10 booth is available upon request (specify so in the Comments section).
Donate beer to event. If you have specific needs, CONTACT US.

The undersigned agrees to abide by the official rules of O Entertainment to staff their booth during all festival hours, adhere to beer list as listed above, to not drive vehicles on fairgrounds during festival hours, adhere to all electrical, fire, liquor, health and other codes whether local, county, state or federal, and to clean their booth space.

Mission Viejo's Brews and Bands Microbrew Festival is not responsible or liable for accidents, damage, loss or theft of materials/items/personal property.

Each brewer is responsible for the management of their waste disposal to designated roll-offs onsite for the event. Disposal of trash into waste receptacles (trash cans) is prohibited.

Brewers are responsible for their own parking permit. Parking is controlled solely by the City of Mission Viejo. The event offers free parking.
